Alison Aldred is a native Chicagoan who has spent time in the Delta, the Driftless and all points farther West. In Spokane since 2014, she is a graduate of Therapeutic Connections School of Massage and is committed to the unique experience of bodywork for each client, each session.

A dedicated practitioner of Swedish-inspired therapeutic massage, Alison's approach combines a deep respect for the mechanisms of anatomy and physiology with a responsive touch that encourages the body to relax, renew and reveal it's innate ability to heal. She began her massage career in a medical setting and continues to provide massage as part of a comprehensive care plan for clients with complex medical histories.

Alison is licensed by the Federation of State Massage Therapy Boards and is a member of the American Massage Therapy Association. She has experience working with a broad range of client needs, including chronic pain and migraine. She has completed CEU's in Pain Management and Gerontology and trained at the Mayo Clinic School of Health Sciences Hospital Based Massage Therapy program in 2019.

She is a Hand for Heroes volunteer, donating massage to American Veterans and is dedicated to serving populations that struggle with access to wellness.

A dedicated mother of four, she is a compassionate therapist during all stages of pregnancy and motherhood and is a Certified Educator of Infant Massage (CEIM) accredited by Infant Massage USA under the International Association of Infant Massage founded by Vimala McClure.
